What to expect to inquiring or purchasing a SkyRiver Goldens:

1. EMAIL:   If you have not heard back from us in a couple of days feel free to send a second email.  You are important to us and we are doing our best to reply quickly.  We do answer emails in order so you will not lose your spot in line.
2. VISITS: We are limiting visits to meet our big dogs or the puppies prior to pickup day at this time.  Please inquire about scheduling.
3. TRANSPORT: Alaska Airlines continues to be a great resourse to transport puppies when local pickup isn't an option.  We require direct flights, no layovers.
4. PAPERWORK: We email paperwork in advance and have it printed and ready to sign on pickup day.  If you aren't picking up locally, we can sign electronically.
5. PICKUP DAY: We schedule pickups in order of deposit.  You will know the day in advnace but we narrow down your time slot as we get closer to the actual pickup date.  If you are not able to pickup your puppy on pickup day, we will help you select virtually.
6. SICK: Please be respectful, if you or a family member have been sick please speak up, we will make arrangements for you to pick your puppy virtually.
   
   *ALL our puppies are sold with limited breeding rights and are not guarenteed as breeding stock.  If you are thinking of breeding please inquire further.
